By requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or using the website of Prestige Touch Cleaning, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all residential and commercial cleaning services provided by Prestige Touch Cleaning in the State of North Carolina.
Services Provided
Prestige Touch Cleaning, LLC provides residential, commercial, and move-in/move-out cleaning services. The scope of work is based on the service selected and any add-ons agreed upon at the time of booking.
Any services not listed in the agreed scope may require additional time and fees.
Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided by Prestige Touch Cleaning, LLC are based on the information provided by the customer

Pricing may change if the condition of the space differs significantly from what was disclosed
-
Excessive buildup, heavy soil, pet hair, or additional requested tasks may result in added charges
-
Quotes are estimates unless stated otherwise
Scheduling & Access

The client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property
-
Utilities (water and electricity) must be active at the time of service
-
If access is not provided, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation
Pets
-
Clients must notify Prestige Touch Cleaning, LLC in advance if pets are present
-
Pets must be secured during the cleaning unless otherwise agreed
-
Prestige Touch Cleaning, LLC reserves the right to refuse service if pets pose a safety risk
Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling
-
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
-
No-shows may be charged a fee
Payment Terms

Payment is due prior to the start of cleaning services
-
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking
-
Failure to submit payment before service may result in cancellation or rescheduling
-
Any additional services requested on-site must be approved and paid for before completion
-
Non-payment may result in suspension of future services
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning:

Please notify Prestige Touch Cleaning, LLC within 24 hours of service completion

Photo or video documentation may be required to clearly identify the areas of concern

Upon review, Prestige Touch Cleaning, LLC may offer a re-clean of the affected areas at our discretion

Requests made after 24 hours or without sufficient documentation may not be eligible
-
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the discretion of Prestige Touch Cleaning, LLC
Breakage & Damage

Prestige Touch Cleaning, LLC takes reasonable care while performing services

Any damage or breakage must be reported within 24 hours of service

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or improperly installed items
Health & Safety
Prestige Touch Cleaning, LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsanitary, including but not limited to:

Biohazards

Pest infestations
-
Mold beyond normal household conditions

Aggressive animals
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under North Carolina law:

Prestige Touch Cleaning, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided

All content on this website is the property of Prestige Touch Cleaning, LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
Prestige Touch Cleaning, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
